Top Health Doctors West End is a busy, established medical clinic located within Montague Markets, in the heart of one of Brisbane’s most vibrant inner‑city communities.

Our clinic cares for a diverse and long‑standing patient base from West End, South Brisbane, Highgate Hill, Dutton Park and surrounding inner‑Brisbane suburbs.

We provide a broad range of general practice services including family medicine, women’s health, men’s health, children’s health, preventative care, chronic disease management, immunisations, skin cancer medicine, contraception, iron infusions and minor procedures.

For a Registered Nurse looking for a part‑time nursing position in West End or inner Brisbane, this is an opportunity to join an established clinic with an experienced nursing and administrative team already in place.

The Nursing Opportunity

We are looking for an RN who can work 1–2 regular days per week and become a valued part of our West End team.

You’ll work alongside our GPs, nursing colleagues and experienced reception team to support the delivery of high‑quality patient care across a varied general practice environment.

The role may include:

- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Wound care and dressings
- Chronic disease management and care planning support
- Health assessments
- ECGs and other clinical observations
- Assisting GPs with procedures
- Infection prevention and control
- Cold chain and vaccine management
- Patient education and preventative healthcare
- Stock and clinical room management




- Other general practice nursing duties within your scope of practice

This role would suit an RN who enjoys the variety of general practice but is looking for 1–2 consistent days per week rather than a full‑time position.

You’ll be joining an established nursing team, so you’ll have colleagues around you and the opportunity to work collaboratively rather than operating as the clinic’s sole nurse.

Our location within the Montague Markets healthcare precinct also provides a modern and convenient working environment, with onsite pathology and a broad range of allied health and healthcare services nearby.

What We’re Looking For

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous general practice or primary care nursing experience highly regarded
- Current immunisation qualifications or experience highly regarded
- Strong clinical and organisational skills
- Confidence working within a busy general practice environment
- Excellent communication and patient service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, nurses and administration
- Strong understanding of patient confidentiality, infection control and clinical safety
- A warm, professional and patient‑focused approach
- Availability for 1–2 regular days per week

Experience with general practice clinical software and electronic patient records would be highly regarded.
