Bulk Group is looking for an experienced operator with both high-reach and counterbalance forklift experience to join our warehouse team in a full-time, hourly role .

You’ll be working in a fast-paced logistics environment, operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts and handling general freight as well as solar products — including lifting, picking, strapping and wrapping.

High Reach Forklift Roles | Full-Time

The Role

This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll be:

- Operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts as a regular part of the role
- Loading, unloading and moving freight
- Picking and preparing freight for dispatch
- Putaways and general stock movements
- Strapping and wrapping freight for dispatch
- Supporting day-to-day warehouse operations

Hours

- Full time, hourly position
- Monday to Friday – daytime hours only (no night shift)

What You’ll Need

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Demonstrated high-reach forklift experience – essential
- Demonstrated counterbalance forklift experience – essential
- Confidence operating both high-reach and counterbalance forklifts in a busy warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse, transport or freight experience
- Strong safety awareness




- Reliable and ready to work as part of a team
