Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Demi Chef to join the team at Lizard Island Resort. You will design, prepare, and present high-quality dishes, while maintaining a secure kitchen and adhering to food safety standards.

You will work with the kitchen team on creative menu planning, inventory control, and guest interaction to deliver a five-star experience. Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 5 or equivalent is required, with a Food Safety Supervisor certificate beneficial.
