Purple Patch Consulting is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to help NDIS participants live independently in their own homes in Goodna, Queensland. This role emphasizes meaningful, person-centred support rather than task lists.

You’ll assist with domestic tasks, meal preparation, transportation, personal care and social engagement. A rostering app and tablet help streamline notes and scheduling, with onboarding and ongoing training provided.
