Manufacturing Team Member - Factory & Production Support

From our facilities in Belmont, Cunderdin and Melton, we manufacture and distribute the Manta range of performance exhaust systems throughout Australia and internationally. We continue to invest in our people, manufacturing capabilities and operational performance.

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Team Member to join our production team at Cunderdin WA .
This is a practical, hands-on position supporting the manufacture of Australian-made performance exhaust systems. You will work across different areas of production, assisting tradespeople and machine operators while helping materials and components move efficiently through the factory.
This opportunity would suit someone who takes pride in practical work, follows established processes and wants to develop useful manufacturing skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and staging materials and components for production
Assisting welders, fabricators and machine operators
Moving work safely and efficiently between production areas
Using hand and power tools
Checking components against job requirements
Identifying and reporting damaged, incorrect or non-conforming parts
Packing and preparing completed products
Maintaining clean, organised and safe work areas
Following production instructions, procedures and safety requirements
Helping reduce material waste, rework and production delays
Supporting continuous improvement across factory operations
The Person We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who does more than simply turn up and complete assigned tasks.

This is a physical manufacturing role. Applicants must be able to safely perform the inherent requirements of the position, including standing for extended periods and handling production materials and components.
Experience and Skills
Previous factory or manufacturing experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential for an applicant with the right work ethic and attitude.
The following will be highly regarded:
Experience in manufacturing, fabrication or production
Mechanical aptitude or practical hands-on experience
Experience using hand and power tools
Metalworking, welding or automotive industry exposure
Experience following production drawings, job cards or work instructions
Experience working within quality and safety processes
Training will be provided in relevant equipment, procedures and production processes.
This is more than an chance to perform general factory duties.
