Set within the beautifully restored Treasury Building of 1851, the hotel features 509 guest rooms including 28 luxury suites, our award-winning Club InterContinental lounge and vibrant restaurants and bars.
As our hotel continues to grow, we have the opportunity for you to join us as Overnight Guest Service Agent, full-time or part-time, this is a great opportunity to build your luxury hotel experience at one of Sydney’s most iconic hotels.
Your day to day
Joining our existing overnight team, you'll be working across both guest service and night audit, welcome late arrivals, assist our in-house guests, complete overnight audit processes and help ensure the hotel runs seamlessly through the night.
This isn’t purely a back-office night audit role. Guest interaction is a big part of what you’ll do. Whether you’re welcoming a guest at check-in, responding to a request, assisting over the phone or ensuring our daily transactions are accurate, you’ll play an significant role in creating a warm and memorable experience.
It’s a busy and varied role with exposure across the hotel, so you’ll need to be equally comfortable connecting with guests and working accurately behind the scenes.
What we need from you
Availability to work overnight shifts from 11:00pm to 7:30am
A genuine passion for creating warm and memorable guest experiences
Confidence communicating with guests face-to-face and over the phone
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A polished and professional approach suited to a luxury hotel setting
The legal right to live and work in Australia
Previous hotel or Front Office experience will be highly regarded.
