We are looking for a reliable and hands‑on Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Blue C Coolangatta.

The hours are approximately 4 to 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.

Award rates apply including Superannuation and weekend loading.

The role includes

- Preparing rooms for incoming guests
- Replacing supplies and items in rooms
- Spring Cleans when required
- Supervising and supporting cleaning standards
- Presenting rooms to a high standard

What we're looking for

- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in housekeeping or hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, techniques and best practices in the hospitality industry
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Physical fitness and ability to perform or supervise physically demanding tasks
- Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts as required on a casual basis
- A customer‑focused mindset and understanding of the importance of guest satisfaction
- Preferred: Experience with housekeeping management systems or cleaning equipment
