About the role

Casual opportunity to actively contribute to the quality improvement and values activities of Retail Services to maintain a culture of teamwork, high performance, respect, integrity and compassion within Retail Services.

About you

- Barista duties including the taking and processing of coffee orders whilst upholding quality and consistency, machine maintenance and cleanliness
- Preparation and serving of food items for sale
- Provide exceptionally high level of customer focused service at all service points and at all times throughout all internal Retail outlets
- Use of Point of Sale System to take orders, appropriately capture sales, accept payment (cash and EFTPOS) and provide change and refunds (as required)
- Ability to work in a busy workplace, either as an individual or as part of a team, with an ability to prioritise tasks and manage time autonomously
- Display product knowledge to assist customers with menu item descriptions and to make informed decisions about products by providing suggestions of accompaniments or suitable alternatives.
