Wellways is seeking an Intake Worker for Connected Care across Northern Tasmania. You will be the first point of contact, guiding participants through intake, screening and initial assessment to determine appropriate levels of care and timely access to services.
Work closely with peer workers, clinicians and partner organisations in a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery, autonomy and informed choice in a culturally protected, inclusive environment.
