As a Business Analyst for CybersecurityPrograms, you will play a critical role in delivering complex technicalintegration projects that achieve business objectives, customer outcomes, andoperational excellence. You will combine solid business analysis capabilitieswith technical awareness across ICT infrastructure, networks, cloudtechnologies, and cybersecurity solutions to ensure successful projectexecution within scope, budget, and timelines.

Technical & Cyber Project Delivery

Analyse and coordinate requirementsacross ICT infrastructure, network, cloud and cybersecurity components; deliver on time, within budget and aligned to business outcomes;apply awareness of WAN, LAN, Cloud, Security and enterprise connectivity;support project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies and resourcing.

Stakeholder & CommunicationManagement

Translate complex technical &security; architectures into clear business language; engage customers,vendors, delivery teams, engineers and senior stakeholders; facilitateworkshops, status meetings and technical discussions to drive solutions anddecisions.

Risk, Issue & Change Management

Proactively identify project risks,issues and dependencies and support mitigations; upscale delivery concerns,scope variations and technical constraints; support change management andgovernance processes across the lifecycle.

Technical Guidance & SolutionEnablement

Support solution design, integrationplanning and deployment activities; translate functional, business and security/compliance requirements into technical implementation plans; collaborate withengineering, security and architecture teams.

Continuous Improvement &Innovation;

Contribute to operational improvementsenhancing delivery capability and customer experience; identify opportunitiesto improve BA methodologies and frameworks; maintain awareness of emergingICT and cybersecurity trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- TechnicalSkills: Solid understanding of ICT infrastructure,enterprise networks,



cloud technologies and cybersecurity controls;experience supporting projects involving WAN/LAN, cloud platforms,network integrations, infrastructure transformations, security andconnectivity services; knowledge of technical architecture and systemsintegration principles.
- BA& Project Delivery Skills: Provenexperience on large, complex technical/cyber projects; strongunderstanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with Jira, Confluence and MS Project; ability to support budgets,schedules and project reporting; expertise in requirements elicitation,user stories, process flows and traceability.
- Stakeholder& Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholderengagement; strong influencing, negotiation and decision-supportcapabilities; ability to work collaboratively across technical, securityand business teams; demonstrated leadership in cross-functional proyectos environments.
