Who we’re looking for?

- Proven experience and demonstrated success in a FacilitiesManagement role or an Assistant Facilities Manager looking to take the nextstep within the property/building industry.
- Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Property,Building Services, Trades or a related field, or equivalent practicalexperience.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship developmentskills.
- Knowledge of operations, industry best practice, buildingcodes and legislative requirements relating to facilities management.

The role

We are seeking a proactive, solutions focused FacilitiesManager to join our Facilities Management team, which is recognised as a leaderin delivering top-tier services for commercial buildings across Australia. Thisrole offers you the chance to leverage your skills and knowledge in facilitiesmanagement and advance your career.

As the Facilities Manager you will manage a portfolio ofcommercial assets, ensuring that Knight Frank consistently delivers exceptionalFacilities Management services. This is a hands‑on role coordinatingcontractors, engaging with tenants and managing day-to-day operational tasksacross multiple buildings.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for technical andmaintenance matters, supporting clients, tenants and Property Managers.




- Manage day-to-day building operations, includingmaintenance, compliance, contractor engagement and risk management.
- Conduct regular building inspections and oversee contractorperformance to ensure assets are maintained to a high standard.
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency,maintenance outcomes and asset performance.
- Develop and maintain risk management and complianceprocedures in accordance with legislative and client requirements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and expenditure managementwhile contributing to sustainability and asset performance initiatives.
