Clinical Applications & Customer Success Manager – IVF

This is a hands-on role combining clinical applications, customer success, account management and commercial coordination. You will work directly with embryologists, andrologists, laboratory managers, fertility clinics and commercial partners. Your focus will be turning interest in Felix™ into effective implementation, ongoing product use and strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

- Guide clinics and distributors through evaluation, onboarding and implementation
- Coordinate product demonstrations, user training and follow-up support
- Provide first-line assistance with routine clinical, workflow and product-use enquiries
- Build trusted relationships with embryologists, laboratory managers and commercial partners
- Follow up leads and help progress prospective customers through to adoption
- Maintain account plans, onboarding schedules and agreed next actions
- Monitor clinic adoption, cartridge utilisation and repeat-order requirements
- Keep customer and pipeline information accurate and current within Cin7 and other commercial systems
- Coordinate customer requirements across clinical, production, supply, logistics and finance




- Support Australian and Recent Zealand accounts, including the expanding Monash IVF rollout

About you

- Qualifications or relevant experience in embryology, andrology, reproductive science, biomedical science or a related discipline
- Experience working within, supplying or supporting IVF clinics or clinical laboratories
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain scientific and technical information clearly
- Practical, customer-focused approach
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through
- Confidence using CRM, inventory or customer-management systems
- Ability to manage multiple customers, priorities and deadlines
- Experience in clinical applications, customer success, account management, customer training or medical-device commercialisation would be highly regarded
