The Willow Hotel, a refreshed Brisbane southside pub, is accepting applications for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen. This hands-on role runs daily operations, develops the team and delivers high-quality food across service and functions.
You’ll work with Redcape’s Executive Chefs to develop menus, mentor staff, and manage COGS, labour, stock and safety standards in a busy kitchen environment. The Willow offers solid support within a growing hospitality group.
