Coalition, Inc. is seeking an Associate Security Support Specialist for its Wirespeed product. You will be the voice of the customer, handling security questions, incidents, and product issues, and ensuring rapid resolution and appropriate escalation when needed.
You’ll work with Product, Threat Engineering, and Security teams to turn feedback into product and process improvements, combining customer support with security judgment and product expertise to drive continuous improvement.
