As a Commercial Litigation Lawyer, you'll have the opportunity to build your expertise across a broad range of commercial disputes and litigation matters, working directly with clients and senior lawyers in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Your work will include matters involving:

Contractual and commercial disputes

Property and leasing disputes

Corporations Act and insolvency disputes

Regulatory matters

Insolvency and recoveries

Information technology and intellectual property

About You

We're looking for a lawyer with 2-5 years' post-admission experience who has developed experience in general commercial litigation and is keen to take the next step in their career.

You will ideally bring:

Excellent technical legal and analytical skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A genuine client-focused approach

A desire to continue developing your legal career and expertise
