Key Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years of post-admission experience in criminal defence litigation.
- The ability to independently manage files with minimal supervision;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and interpersonal, with robust customer focus;
- Strong problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to learning new tasks;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively;
- The capacity to work autonomously and responsibly while maintaining high professional standards; and
- A proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
