Vinarchy is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive people strategy in our site-based operations in Berri, SA. You will partner with senior leaders, lead a small HR team and provide expert advisory across workforce planning, employee relations and remuneration.
You will bring extensive HR generalist experience in manufacturing, a solid knowledge of Australian employment law, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders while shaping organisation design and culture initiatives.
