Amazon Kuiper Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Network Support Engineer in the Leo Networking Software unit. You will join the NOC team responsible for tier 1 support for software defined network services across the Amazon Leo satellite network.
As part of a cross-functional operations group, you will diagnose incidents, monitor performance, and contribute to automation and tooling. A solid focus on troubleshooting, customer communication, and on-call rotations is essential to succeed in this
