NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Facilitator (Custodial) in Eastwood. You will lead the Custodial Training Unit, shaping the design, development and delivery of learning and assessment programs across the division to meet performance objectives and build staff capability.

You will oversee practical training, identify skill gaps, track progress, and mentor staff while ensuring compliance with RTO standards and vocational regulations.
