The Role
Our Sydney Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team is growing and we are seeking a Lawyer or Associate (2-4 years’ PQE) to predominantly work alongside Marc Rossi.
You’ll work with a diverse client base including major banks, financial institutions, insolvency professionals, and corporate entities. Your role will involve playing a key part in recoveries work, enforcement action, dispute resolution, litigation, insolvency and restructuring matters.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have between 2-4 years’ experience in a reputable practice in recoveries, disputes, commercial litigation and/or insolvency. You will have strong experience and interest in in financial services recoveries, insolvency and disputes. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, time management and communication skills, drafting, and advocacy skills, with a team-oriented mindset and commitment to client service.
