You lead the client through the audit, from the first stakeholder interview to the findings presentation. You connect commercial problems to feasible improvements, working with the CTO to test technical assumptions and with the client to make the priorities credible.

The work you will own.

- Interview the people doing the work, following real examples across sales, administration and operations.
- Map processes, systems, handoffs and exceptions. Separate what has been observed from what still needs to be checked.
- Assess opportunities with the CTO, including integration constraints, data quality, ownership and effort.
- Quantify opportunities using explicit inputs and assumptions. Present ranges or uncertainty where the evidence calls for it.
- Produce clear findings and implementation scopes, then help the client understand priorities, dependencies and the next decision.
- Maintain continuity into implementation so the delivery team understands the original problem and the measures of success.

What you bring.

- Experience in operations, business analysis,



process improvement or client-facing technology consulting.
- You can ask a practical follow-up question, notice a missing detail and win the trust of people who are busy doing their jobs.
- Comfort with process maps, spreadsheets and evidence-based commercial analysis.
- Enough technical fluency to discuss APIs, data flows and automation constraints with engineers.
- Clear written English and the ability to explain a recommendation to an owner or leadership team.

Engagements are paid per audit, with scope, availability and fee agreed before assignment. We are particularly interested in people who can work with Australian clients from Australia or the wider APAC region. There is scope to grow toward practice leadership as the business develops.

The client recognises their business in the findings. The economics withstand scrutiny. Engineers can build from the scope, and the people affected understand what will change.
