Job Description

- Lead and develop the Engineering Solutions sales function, managing a team of approximately 6 direct reports across Sydney.
- Drive annual budget attainment through effective sales planning, pipeline management, and revenue generation.
- Oversee sales activity metrics, volume targets, and overall business performance against budget.
- Identify and execute new product introduction strategies, market penetration plans and go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive utilisation and market positioning of key Engineering Solutions offerings.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to support commercial outcomes and business growth.
- Lead team development, performance management, and PDP processes across the sales group.




- Manage the Solutions Specialist function, which sits within the team structure.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager - Engineering Solutions should have:

- Proven sales leadership and people management experience (critical requirement).
- Experience managing and developing technical or solutions-based sales teams.
- Strong exposure to project sales, product sales or engineering-led solution sales environments.
- A technical background, ideally within civil engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute go-to-market strategies, drive product adoption and identify new growth opportunities.
- Commercial acumen with a strong focus on budgeting, sales metrics and revenue achievement.
