You'll have broad responsibility across the finance function, real exposure to the operational side of the business, and a CFO who'll actually teach you rather than just hand off work.

What you'll be doing:

- Leading month-end close — reconciliations, adjusting entries, balance sheet work
- Overseeing inventory accounting and verification across multiple branch locations
- Preparing financial reports and variance commentary for branch managers and leadership
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting preparation
- Driving cost analysis, working capital, and commercial decision-making as you settle in
- Working across multiple entities — state-based structures, trusts, group reporting
