An opportunity is available for an experienced Technical Engineer to join a leading national electronic security integrator, supporting major data centre and critical infrastructure environments.
This position will have a strong focus on technical support, fault diagnosis, system troubleshooting and commissioning, working across enterprise electronic security platforms. You'll provide both remote and onsite support to field technicians and customers, with a particular focus on maintaining high-availability security systems.
- $120k - $140k + Super (Negotiable on experience)

Duties
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support across electronic security systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network & integration faults
- Provide remote technical support to technicians and attend site when required
- Support configuration, programming,
commissioning and system integration
- Manage technical incidents through investigation, escalation and resolutionComplete technical documentation and assist with system testing and upgrades
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within electronic security technical support/engineering
- Robust experience with Genetec (highly regarded)
- Experience supporting CCTV, Access Control and integrated security systems
- Strong fault-finding, networking and systems troubleshooting capability
- Previous L1/L2 support or technical escalation experience
- NV1 Security Clearance (highly regarded)
- Data centre, Defence or critical infrastructure experience advantageous
