Western NSW Local Health District – Orange NSW is seeking a Nursing Unit Manager to lead the operating theatre at Orange Health Service. In this NUM1 role you will oversee daily theatre operations, staff leadership, rostering, resource management and drive quality improvement.

You will join a supportive network of Nurse Unit Managers with opportunities for mentorship and leadership development, contributing to patient-centred care across a range of surgical specialties in a regional NSW setting.
