At Gold Coast Allied Health , we give practitioners the freedom and earning potential of private practice, while taking care of the infrastructure, administration, reception, marketing and day-to-day business support behind the scenes.

And unlike a traditional room-rental arrangement, we don't simply provide you with a room and expect you to find and manage everything yourself.

We're actively building the clinic, actively marketing our practitioners and actively developing referral relationships across the Gold Coast.

Who we're looking for

We're open to hearing from qualified allied health professionals across a range of disciplines who are looking for a professional environment in which to build or grow their practice.

We are particularly interested in hearing from:

Dietitians | Clinical Psychologists | Occupational Therapists | Speech Pathologists | and other allied health professionals whose services complement our existing multidisciplinary team.

Ideally, we're looking for practitioners who already have an existing client base, private caseload or established referral network and are looking for a clinic environment that can support their continued growth.

However, an existing client base is not essential . If you're an excellent practitioner who is motivated to build a strong private caseload, we'd still love to hear from you.

We're particularly interested in practitioners who can bring a service or specialty that complements the disciplines already operating within the clinic.

The remaining 30% goes towards the clinic infrastructure and support we provide — including your consulting space, reception, administration, practice systems, marketing and business development.

This includes an ongoing marketing strategy with LocalSearch , digital marketing, social media, practitioner profiles, online visibility and targeted local outreach.

We're also actively developing relationships with:

- GPs and medical practices

- Dentists

- Schools and childcare centres

- Sporting organisations

- Community organisations

- Retirement and community facilities

- Other local referral sources

We're building awareness of Gold Coast Allied Health and the practitioners within it , creating opportunities for our clinicians to develop and grow sustainable private caseloads.

About the contractor model

This is a contractor opportunity , not a salaried position.

You retain 70% of your Gross Professional Fees , while Gold Coast Allied Health provides the consulting environment, systems, administration, reception, marketing and business infrastructure to support your practice.

You determine your own appointment rates, availability and clinical services.

Your earning potential therefore grows with your own caseload, appointment rates and availability .
