Betty's Burgers is seeking a highly skilled hospitality qualified to become Restaurant General Manager in Toowoomba. You will report to the Operations Manager, drive the business forward, and oversee front and back of house operations with a hands-on leadership style.
You will lead the new drive-through opening, manage costs and inventory, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and drive-through, while building a high-performing team.
