Shift Financial is hiring a Customer Service Officer – Payments to support day-to-day payment operations across multiple channels and internal controls. You’ll investigate payment failures, assist with refunds and reconciliations, and work with Cuscal, Cache and ThreatMetrix to resolve incidents.
You will ensure timely processing, accurate funding and compliant handling of payments while maintaining transparent communication with customers and internal teams.
