Simmons & Simmons Adaptive is seeking a junior corporate lawyer to support a key client on a fully remote basis for a three-month assignment. We require 1–2 years PQE in corporate law, solid drafting and contract review skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a sponsoring Partner and client team.
