PC Ability in Sydney is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to lead a new PBS service, building a wide-ranging caseload and delivering person-centred strategies aligned with NDIS.

You will collaborate with management, develop plans, assess needs, train staff, and ensure compliance with NDIS standards. A degree in related field and PBS registration are required; full-time preferred with flexible arrangements.
