The Salvation Army Employment Plus in Charlestown, NSW, is seeking a Senior Employment Consultant to manage a caseload of participants and actively engage with employers to secure sustainable employment outcomes.

You will identify barriers, deliver motivating one-on-one appointments, and apply problem-solving to help participants become job ready, with a focus on diverse backgrounds and KPI achievement. This is a full-time role with perks and development opportunities.
