The Real Estate team is growing, and they're looking for a senior paralegal who wants to be more than just support.
The Role:
This is a genuinely hands-on role with ownership from day one. You'll manage your own property and conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working directly with clients, agents, other firms and authorities.
Your day will cover:
- Commercial property and conveyancing transactions
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
- Searches, due diligence and identifying issues early
- Managing critical dates and transactions end-to-end
- Regular client and stakeholder contact
- Helping improve processes and how the team operates
You won't be sitting in the background waiting for a lawyer to tell you what to do. You'll know your matters, own your deadlines and have a real say in getting the job done.
You:
- Senior paralegal experience in commercial property and/or conveyancing
- Strong understanding of property transactions and processes
- Comfortable running matters with a high degree of autonomy
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident dealing with clients and external stakeholders
- Commercially minded and comfortable with billable targets
- Proactive, switched-on and genuinely collaborative
