About the role
We're looking for a Senior Chef to work in our modern, high-performance kitchen alongside a dedicated and passionate team, with support from a robust management team and experienced Head Chef.
Key responsibilities
- Manage grill station operations
- Ensure high standards are maintained at all times
- Maintain focus on flavour, presentation, and consistency in every dish
- Demonstrate understanding of Food Safety, seasonal produce and food wastage
About you
- Classically trained professional with proven grill station experience
- Solid work ethic and calm, professional presence in the kitchen
- Passion and drive for flavour, presentation, and consistency
- Understanding of Food Safety, seasonal produce and food wastage
Full time role with opportunities for growth and advancement within the Group
Closed on the majority of public holidays, Christmas, New Years
