Grover Foods Pty Ltd are operating a rapid-food store at Marsden Park, NSW and are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join their business. This is a full-time role for right applicant.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Ensure compliance with council regulations
- Hire and train staff. Supervise all staff and ensure their skills are of appropriate standards.
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices.
- Determine and set goals for product mix and stock levels
- Ensure service standards are maintained in dealing with customers
- Promote and advertise goods and services
- Sell goods and services to customers




- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Undertaking budgeting and ensuring budgets are met
- Handle customer complaints and any incidents. Ensure they are recorded and handled appropriately.

Eligibility Requirements

- Diploma level or higher qualifications in relevant field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in similar role/industry.

Salary - $80,000 plus super
