THE ROLE
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver a excellent customer experience
- Connect with customers who share your passion for sport and streetwear
- Talk teams, sports and the latest sporting trends
- Drive sales and help the team achieve store targets
- Deliver a fun and engaging customer experience
- Help customers find the right product and style
- Keep the store looking sharp and on brand
- Manage stock, visual merchandising and day-to-day store operations
- Support rostering, training and coaching of your team
- Lead by example on the shop floor
ABOUT YOU
- You genuinely love sport and enjoy talking about it
- Streetwear and sports fashion are your thing
- Store Manager experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong Assistant Store Managers,
2ICs and 3ICs ready to step up are encouraged to apply
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching customers
- Great personality and strong customer service skills
- A natural leader who enjoys motivating a team
- Reliable, hands‑on and happy to get involved
- Available to start ASAP
- Flexible with weekends and retail hours
