About the Role:
You will provide recovery-oriented mental health nursing across community, acute and rehabilitation settings. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver evidence-based care through therapeutic interventions, group programs, health promotion and family-centred approaches while supporting positive consumer outcomes.

- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing Board of Australia, with a current practising certificate.
- Demonstrated competence in nursing practice, with Clinical Nurses demonstrating Mental Health nursing competence.
- Effective communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to consumer and family-centred care and culturally appropriate engagement with Aboriginal consumers.
- Experience working with Aboriginal consumers, with Clinical Nurses providing guidance to students and less experienced staff.
