You will work closely with leadership and cross functional teams, with real input into how the network runs day to day.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Leading operational support for Store Managers and their teams across ANZ
- Managing escalations and troubleshooting complex store issues
- Owning key operational programs includingstock takeand compliance activities
- Partnering with IT and cross functional teams on system improvements
- Driving continuous improvement projects that simplify processes and lift efficiency
- Coordinating vendor requirements,
purchaseordersand expenditure
- Leading operational readiness for store openings,closuresand refurbishments
- Reporting on operational performance and flagging trends and risks
- Building strong relationships across stores, supportfunctionsand vendors
WHO THRIVES HERE
- Experience in retail or DTC operations at a similar scope
- Confidence working across systems,trackersand reporting tools
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
- Ahands onapproach paired with sound commercial judgement
