Key responsibilities
Provide administrative and user support for Autodesk Forma
Liaise with Autodesk support and other service providers to investigate and resolve system issues.
Manage user access, licensing and subscription management for Autodesk products, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance
Assist with the administration and maintenance of approved project forms, templates and document libraries.
Support version control processes and maintain forms, project and user registers.
Support the setup and maintenance of project environments, including folder structures, templates, workflows and project registers.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure reliability and uptime
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides and training materials for Autodesk systems
Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to maximise adoption and proficiency with Autodesk tools
Track and analyse system usage data to optimise licensing and identify opportunities for process improvement
What we're looking for
Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business, Project Management, Construction Management,
Information Management, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience .
Exposure to Autodesk Forma, document management systems, project management software or similar business systems would be advantageous
Understanding of document control, information management or project administration principles.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Demonstrated customer-focused mindset, positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear technical guidance to users of varying technical abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement and the delivery of high-quality support service
