SustainHealth are working with an established paediatric allied health provider on Sydney’s Northern Beaches that has been supporting local children and families since 2007.
They’ve built a fantastic reputation in the local community and are now looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join their growing team.
The clinic has a fantastic local reputation, and offers a genuinely varied paediatric caseload coupled with regular supervision, great team culture, and a 12pm Friday finish!

- Salary ranging from $85k up to $100k + super depending on experience
- Varied paediatric caseload, with a steady stream of referrals from GPs, Schools, NDIS, word-of-mouth, and private/self referrals

About the Team
This is a well-established paediatric service that has been part of the Northern Beaches community for almost 20 years.
You’ll be joining a team where there is already an established client base and referral network, rather than having to start from scratch.
And with a 12pm finish on Fridays , there’s a pretty good chance to make the most of your weekends too!
About You:
They’re open to speaking with OTs at different stages of their career , from New Graduates through to more experienced OTs.
You'll need:
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- A genuine interest in paediatric practice
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for helping children reach their goals
- The ability to work collaboratively with families, schools and other professionals
Paediatric experience is highly regarded, but if you're an OT looking to move into paediatrics, we'd still love to hear from you.

- Clinic hours 8am - 5pm, with a 12pm finish on a Friday!
