About the Role

You will be responsible for completing maintenance, repairs, fault finding and emergency response works across commercial and industrial plumbing systems.

Your day-to-day duties will include:





- Preventative maintenance inspections.

- Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages and system faults.

- Working on water, drainage, gas and commercial plumbing infrastructure.

- Attending urgent call-outs when required.

- Using equipment such as CCTV drain cameras, jetters and pressure testing devices.

- Communicating clearly with facility managers, property managers and site contacts.

- Completing job records, recommendations and maintenance notes.

- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Australian standards.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years’ commercial and/or industrial maintenance experience.

- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

- Sound knowledge of water services, drainage, gas and commercial plumbing systems.

- Ability to work independently and make good decisions on site.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Current driver’s licence.

- Commitment to safety, compliance and professional workmanship.

- Flexibility to assist with emergency call-outs when required.
