Position Description

This role will see you practising in all spheres of commercial dispute resolution, working most closely with a senior litigator. You willalso gain exposure to other partners within the wider team.

Whilst the experience you will gain in this role will be broad, there will be a focus on corporate and commercial disputes.

You will gain exposure to the following types of matters:

- misleading and deceptive conduct
- regulatory investigations (ASIC and ACCC).

Requirements

You will be a lawyer with2 to 4 years' experience in commercial litigation. Ideally, you will have experience acting across a broad range of litigious matters, including corporate and regulatory litigation.

In addition, you will:

- have strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills
- be looking to continue building your own professional profile.
