EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST | FULL-TIME | REMOTE | AUSTRALIA-BASED

We are hiring an Australia-based Email Marketing Specialist to run the day-to-day execution of email and SMS marketing for our 6, 7 & 8 Figure Health Supplement Brand clients .

Expectations:

The role's salary will range between $70,000 - $100,000, working full-time hours per Brisbane time zone (9-5 with flexibility).

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- building and scheduling Email & SMS campaigns inside Klaviyo
- setting up campaign segments, exclusions, send times, and A/B tests
- designing emails using existing brand assets
- writing the copy for client emails
- organising client assets inside Google Drive
- checking campaign and flow performance
- reporting on clients' email and SMS performance

You’ll be working within a pod structure wherein your senior will manage strategy, client relationships and what gets approved.

For those who are qualified, there will be upcoming opportunities to run your own pod as a senior strategist and more. For those less qualified, this is a good chance to learn within a pod/team structure.

This job is for you if you:

- love email marketing and eCommerce
- have experience building campaigns and flows inside Klaviyo
- are highly detail-focused and care about accuracy
- are organised, proactive, and naturally follow things through

Required Experience:

- 1+ years of experience within Klaviyo
- experience building email campaigns for eCommerce brands
- copywriting experience

Highly Regarded Experience:

It is a bonus if you have experience with health supplement brands, health/wellness brands, knowledge of human biology, supplements, nutrition, Shopify, Slack, Asana, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, AI tools, and using AI to improve your workflow.

An additional bonus if you are located on the Gold Coast, QLD (not required, however).

This Role Is NOT For You If:

- you have never used Klaviyo/do not have eCommerce email marketing experience
- you need constant reminders to complete tasks
- you are not detail-focused
- you prefer big-picture strategy only and do not enjoy hands-on execution
