Noẽma, the opening concept from Lucas Collective in Melbourne’s CBD, is seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier to lead wine service, cellar management and guest experiences during its launch.
You will work with Group Head Sommelier Loïc Avriland Yuki Hirose to grow the program, mentor staff and shape Noẽma’s wine list from day one. This full time role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays; WSET or equivalent certification is highly regarded, and Victorian RSA is required.
