Uniting is seeking a Navigator Case Manager in Croydon, Victoria to support young people aged 12–17 facing disengagement. You will work with the young person and their supports to design and enact an education re‑engagement plan with the goal of returning to education.

You will have a relevant tertiary qualification and experience with families, adolescents, and risk assessments, plus the ability to work with schools. A Victorian driver’s licence is required.
