BRHS in East Gippsland invites applications for a Clinical Nurse Consultant. In this senior community-based role, you'll apply advanced assessment, care coordination and clinical leadership to improve outcomes for people living with chronic and complex health conditions.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary care plans, support self-management, educate clients and carers, and connect clients with health and community services across Gippsland.
