Bunnings is seeking a proactive Department Manager to lead a 20+ robust team, ensuring excellent service and operations in a high-volume department. You will train and develop staff, uphold safety standards, and drive sales through strategic merchandising and stock control.

You will report to the Assistant Site Manager and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver Best Experience for customers, while managing open/close duties and weekend rosters.
