You will direct day-to-day delivery of hard rubbish collection, litter prevention, illegal dumping response and city amenity services, while guiding frontline staff and ensuring safe, efficient delivery.
You will manage contractor performance, drive continuous improvement and deliver customer-focused outcomes that keep the municipality clean, secure and welcoming.
