You will guide the service through registration, build and retain a skilled team, and establish a safe, child-centred culture with strong safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on embedding trauma-informed, relationship-based practice from day one, with staff training, reflective supervision and continuing care planning aligned to individual needs.
