Work Unit: Clinical Learning Education and Research Services
Location: Darwin, Palmerston
Primary Objective: The Early Career Facilitator supports students, graduates, and novice clinicians as they develop core clinical skills, adapt to the demands of the health workforce, and navigate the complexities of caring for diverse patient groups and communities. Working closely with in clinical teams, the role provides day to day coaching, pastoral support, and role modelling to strengthen confidence, capability, and secure patient care. One part time vacancy is available for 0.8 (32 hrs) per week, working in Darwin and Palmerston across a 7 day shift work roster that includes only morning and late shifts.
