ALS Oil and Lubricants Muswellbrook laboratory is seeking a full-time Laboratory Leader to drive secure, compliant and efficient operations and support management in achieving productivity targets.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team, oversee capacity planning, turnaround time, OOS/OOT investigations and root-cause analysis, and partner with Operations, Quality and Client Services to meet client commitments.
